Following Up on Delegated Work
How to track deliverables, OKRs, and dependencies under your initiatives that are owned by other people.
The Follow-Up tab shows everything that falls under your responsibility but is executed by someone else. If you own an initiative with deliverables assigned to other squad members, those deliverables appear here — grouped by cluster and squad so you can see the full picture without visiting each initiative individually.
What appears in Follow-Up
The tab has three sections:
Delegated deliverables
Deliverables under your initiatives that have a different owner. Each row shows the deliverable title, who owns it, its status, and the target date. Overdue items are highlighted. Items are grouped by cluster and squad so you can see which teams are involved.
Linked OKR progress
Objectives linked to your initiatives, showing key result progress. This lets you monitor whether the strategic goals connected to your initiatives are on track.
Unresolved dependencies
Dependencies on your initiative's roadmap items that have not been resolved yet. Each shows the dependency type, owner, and target resolution date. Overdue dependencies are flagged.
When to use Follow-Up
Check the Follow-Up tab during your weekly review or before a SteerCo meeting. It answers the question: "Are the things I delegated moving forward?"
The Follow-Up tab only shows items owned by other people. Items you own directly appear in the other tabs (Initiatives, Deliverables, OKRs).
