Running Your QBR

The Quarterly Business Review is your deepest look at the quarter just closed. In StartConsole you have all the data you need in one place — OKR actuals, portfolio delivery, budget consumption, and signals. The QBR is read-heavy: you are reviewing what happened, not planning what comes next (that is the Q-Plan session).

Before the Meeting

Ask initiative owners to finalize their deliverable status and update any outstanding key result actuals before the session begins. Incomplete data during a QBR creates gaps that are hard to fill in the room.
